While strenuous exercise is not recommended during the first 2 months after the baby is born, there is a general misconception that exercise can reduce milk production. However, according to studies, exercises do not have much effect on milk production and light exercise after two months of baby's life does not interfere. In fact, studies have shown that light exercise can help produce more milk, which gives the best results of weight loss. Therefore, regular exercise and adequate caloric intake will not have a better impact weight loss breastfeeding, but also improve your overall health.
